9. Limitation of Liability

- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. You agree to submit to the courts of Toronto, Ontario, for any disputes.
